Registration Information

Our Fall Season runs from August 31^st – December 12^th.  Cost is $90, which includes shirt, shorts, & socks.

Pre-registration at eAYSO insures accurate information and makes the registration process more efficient.  Please go to www.eayso.org and follow the instructions for registering a player. 

Bring 2 copies of your completed forms to one of our in-person registration dates below.

If your unable to attend a registration, you mail both copies of your forms and appropriate fees to:

NEW PLAYERS, or those players who did not play last season, MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE, in person or mailed.
